Shipping Information:

Orders are generally filled and shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order. An e-mail will be sent upon shipment of order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date we shipped your order for a refund of the purchase price, including any applicable product taxes. You must pay the return shipping fee. We regret that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Purchases of electronic downloads, sale, close-out, and/or one-of-a-kind items are final (non-returnable).

We accept returns of products in their original condition and in their original packaging. Apparel returns are acceptable before items are worn (other than for sizing) or washed. Book returns are acceptable if books are in brand new condition, containing no markings and/or page foldings.

To return an item, include a statement with your return shipment indicating the following information:

• Your name
• Order #
• Reason for return
• E-mail address should we need to contact you

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to order a substitute product, return the original product to us for a refund and order the new product as a separate transaction.
